LIANA MORGADO- FOUNDING PARTNER

Liana founded Talk Shoppe in 2010, after spending 11 years immersed in the world of consumer insights. Before starting Talk Shoppe she worked as a strategic planner at McCann-Erickson LA, a youth insight specialist and trend-spotter at Look-Look and a qualitative research director at Hall & Partners LA.  She has been fortunate to work with some of the best and brightest brands in the world: Cisco, Disney, Honda, PepsiCo, Sony, and Target just to name a few.

RUTH BEHR- MANAGING PARTNER

Ruth has a diverse background in media planning, research and consulting roles across a variety of brands and verticals,  including web-based entertainment services (Netflix, Pandora, Fandango); fashion & retail (Target, Cole Haan, HauteLook ); automotive (Toyota, Land Rover) and Consumer Packaged Goods (method, Nestle).

TAL OREN- GROUP DIRECTOR

Tal leads our quantitative research and design team at Talk Shoppe. Having over 12 years of consumers insights & strategy experience under his belt, Tal has a natural talent in finding the story behind the numbers. Prior to his work at Talk Shoppe, Tal worked in the Consumer Insights & Strategy team at Activision Publishing. His chief responsibilities included managing the the brand & communication trackers for the Call of Duty & Guitar Hero franchises.

ANGELA VALENZUELA- ACCOUNT DIRECTOR

Angela enjoys taking an empathetic approach to key business questions from the eyes of the consumer and has over 10 years of experience in a breadth of quantitative and qualitative methodologies. Her expertise includes but is not limited to advertising effectiveness, brand positioning, segmentation, tracking, advanced analytics (conjoint and DCM analysis), copy testing, product development, ethnographies, shopper experience, in depth interviews and focus groups.

DANIEL SPADARO- ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR

Daniel is a native New Yorker with a BBA in Fashion Marketing. In his past year at Talk Shoppe, our resident “woo master” conducted over 200 focus groups, ethnographies, virtual interviews and intercepts for our key clients including Grindr, Pandora, DPSG, Dine Equity, Lyft, Tommy Bahama, 1UP Fitness and Peugeot. In 2017, research took him to over 25 cities in every region of the country and even overseas to Europe.

Prior to Talk Shoppe, he spent seven years working as a brand strategist at some of the country’s top ad agencies including Arnold Worldwide, Leo Burnett and Deutsch. He had the pleasure of uncovering insights for some of the best brands in the world- Angel Soft, Sprint, Special K, General Mills, Volkswagen, Toyota, Southern Comfort, Coors and McDonald’s just to name a few.

CHAR GRIFFITHS- CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Char has a varied background in research and design. She has an expertise in consumer insights and target audience analysis and has spent 10 years perfecting the art of the presentation as she believes that data is more powerful when its presented in a compelling manner. Char helps Talk Shoppe bring insights to life using a variety of creative techniques.

RACHEL LICATA ANTCZAK- SR. RESEARCH MANAGER

Rachel joins the Talk Shoppe team with 6 years of experience in the world of consumer insights. She loves research that mixes methodologies; from Segmentation/Ethnos to Brand Trackers/Online Communities– Rachel knows how to dig deep and explore the consumer from all angles. She has worked with a diverse portfolio of brands including Disney, ABC, E!, Starbucks, Farmers Insurance and Fisher-Price. Rachel’s natural curiosity fuels her passion for research that tells a story. Prior to Talk Shoppe, Rachel worked with Hypothesis and Kelton.

JULIE GRIFFIN KOBIE- SR. RESEARCH MANAGER

Julie enjoys bringing the consumer to life through insightful, data-driven stories. She has over 8 years of experience in client-side and vendor-side research, including content/concept testing, strategic research, brand positioning, linear/digital audience measurement, and ad-sales research.   Julie joins Talk Shoppe from the cable network Fusion, where she oversaw all aspects of research.  Prior to Fusion, Julie was a Research Director at Nielsen Content.  She conducted quantitative and qualitative entertainment research for companies such as ABC, Amazon Studios, FOX, and NBC Universal across all major television genres.
